objectives of scout movement which is; “character molding and development of
good leadership skills among boys and girls”, this is to inform you that Karu
Local Association will be organizing a Tenderfoot Test, both theory and
practical.
Against this background we are
soliciting for your support by mobilizing and sponsorship of scout in your Institution, Churches Mosques Troops Group
District Division Local Association e.t.c to participate.
